Shipping

True Blue Dealz aims to deliver small items to most locations across Australia for FREE. No minimum order value.

We do not deliver internationally.

A street address is required for delivery as we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. 

Large Bulky Items & Remote Locations
Large bulky items usually incur a shipping charge, which is calculated at checkout. Australia is a large country and this way we make sure that you are not paying more for shipping then you need to for your address. 

There are some remote locations where we cannot deliver items and the system will not allow you to complete your order. While we would like to deliver to all areas, there are some limitations on where our carriers can get to for some items - see below for a list of excluded postcodes.

Despatch
Orders are processed in the order they are received.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 working days of placement and will contact you should any delays be expected at any time. 

Customised orders will by their nature take longer for manufacture and despatch. Most of these orders will be shipped in 7-10 working days.

Address Details During Checkout
Please ensure you have entered your delivery details accurately on check out. We do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit due to incorrectly entered addresses or missed details. 

Shipping Delays
Any dates provided by True Blue Dealz for delivery are estimates only and will not form part of any Contract. Actual delivery dates may be affected by factors such as clearance of payment, the customer's location, stock availability and the delivery service used. True Blue Dealz will not be liable for any delay in delivery of products and/or services.

Carriers
Items under 22kg will generally be despatched with Australia Post or Aramex (Fastway).

Items over 22kg will generally be despatched with Allied Express, Hunter Express, or Toll.

Orders shipped from overseas are generally despatched by Yun Express airmail service.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your order is dispatched.

Postcode Exclusions

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some items. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

We don’t deliver ANY items to the below postcodes:

  • WA 6740, 6743
  • TAS 7151

We don’t deliver large / bulky items to the below postcodes:

  • NT 0800-0999
  • NSW 2382, 2641, 2717, 2831, 2898, 2899
  • QLD 4184, 4421, 4450-4499, 4680, 4700-4805, 4806-4899, 4900-4999, 9920-9999
